Our hearts go out to all those who were affected by the attacks in Paris yesterday.
We are so shocked to think that the joyful city we explored and loved just a few weeks ago is mourning those injured and killed in this brutal attacks.

We're also saddened by the fact that these despicable acts done by a small group of extremists will color the public's opinion of Muslims, not to mention the impact it will have on innocent Syrian refugees who are looking for a safe new home.

It's a terrible event with terrible consequences for many innocent people worldwide. And this is just one of many-- senseless acts of violence happen far too often all over the world yet don't make the news. We can only hope for continued solidarity and support against these horrific acts of violence.
